Handcrafted decorative bowl carved from a solid piece of teak root. The natural, irregular outer edge retains the raw bark-like texture and character of the root, while the interior has been carved and smoothed into a polished bowl with visible wood grain.
Each piece is one of a kind due to the natural material used, with unique markings, cracks and shape variations typical of root wood carving.
A great decorative piece or functional fruit bowl, bringing a natural, organic look to any room.
Measures approximately 26cm x 24cm (see ruler photos for reference).
Condition: Very Good
Condition Details: Hand carved from a solid teak root with natural splits, cracks and rough bark-like edges that are inherent to this type of rustic piece rather than damage. The polished interior bowl is smooth and in good condition. No chips or losses to the usable bowl area.
