Studio Pottery Stoneware Plates Set of 6 Grey Blue Green Pine Needle Speckled

£72.25
Set of six handmade studio pottery plates in speckled stoneware, each hand-painted with a green pine-needle and red berry design inside blue-grey swirling bands. The plates have a flat, raised rim and a pale grey-cream glaze. Each is painted freehand, so the pattern differs slightly from plate to plate. The underside is glazed and carries an impressed potter's mark, which I have not been able to identify. Measurements: each plate is approximately 18 cm in diameter (see the ruler in the photos). - Quantity: 6 plates - Material: stoneware - Decoration: hand-painted - Impressed maker's mark on the base
  • Material: Stoneware

Condition: Very Good
Condition Details: Set of six plates in good used condition. The glaze is intact with the natural speckling typical of stoneware, and the hand-painted decoration is clear and bright. No chips, cracks or crazing are visible in the photos. Please check the photos and ruler measurements, as handmade pieces vary slightly in size and brushwork.
